Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ReflexBenchmark uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website.
Your choices
When you first visit, a cookie box lets you allow or reject optional analytics, manage preferences, or dismiss the box. Optional analytics stays off until you allow it. Scrolling, dismissing or closing the box, or continuing to browse is not treated as consent; a dismissed box stays hidden for that browser tab only. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is remembered on your device for up to 6 months, after which we ask again.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences and provide functionality.
2. Cookies We Use
Necessary (always active)
- PHPSESSID - Our session cookie. Keeps you signed in and protects forms and sign-in. Expires when you close your browser.
- rb_consent (browser storage) - Remembers your cookie choice. It is kept in your browser’s local storage, or in a first-party cookie if local storage is unavailable, for up to 6 months.
- Sign-in with Google or Facebook, if you choose to use them, involves those providers (see below).
Analytics (optional, off until you allow it)
- Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager - Only loaded after you allow analytics. They may set first-party cookies on this site (for example _ga and _ga_<ID>) and send usage data to Google. If you turn analytics off later, we stop further analytics from this site and remove Google Analytics cookies set on this site where your browser allows it. We cannot delete data that was already sent to Google, or cookies that Google sets on its own domains. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Advertising (third-party)
- Google AdSense - Advertising is only active on this site when we have enabled Google AdSense together with Google’s own "Privacy & messaging" consent tool. Where that tool applies to you (for example in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland), it is Google’s tool, not our cookie box, that records your advertising choices, and you can reopen it from its own "Privacy and cookie settings" link. While advertising is not enabled, no advertising scripts are loaded. You can also manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
Sign-in (third-party, only if you use them)
- Google OAuth - Set by Google when you use "Sign in with Google".
- Facebook Login - Set by Facebook when you use "Continue with Facebook".
Fonts
- Pages load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your browser contacts Google to fetch them, which shares your IP address with Google. This is not controlled by the cookie box.
3. Managing Cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in. Most browsers allow you to:
- View cookies stored on your device
- Delete existing cookies
- Block all cookies or cookies from specific sites
